Shipping Domestic

We can supply to any address in the UK subject to the conditions of our shipping providers. If we cannot supply to your address or if there is additional cost we will contact you to discuss your order.

We can also provide free home delivery in the South Cheshire area (Nantwich, Crewe, Alsager, Sandbach), enter SOUTHCHESHIRE on checkout.

Shipping International

Unfortunately we can currently only offer shipping inside the UK but should you need international shipping then please contact us as we may be able to arrange special shipping.

Packaging

We recognise that packaging has a very short shelf life before ending up in the bin, landfill or the sea. We are therefore attempting to keep packaging to a minimum and re-use and recycle where possible.

Your parcel may not have the prettiest packing but we are proud to re-use materials that our stock deliveries arrive in (over which we have no control). So any bubble wrap, polystyrene chips and the like will have been sent by our suppliers to us as part of their packaging. We also use shredded paper and recycled boxes where possible.

Returns

Should you have any issues or concerns with any of our products please contact us using any of the methods listed on our Website.

If a product is damaged on delivery we may ask you to supply a photograph of the damaged product and/or return it to us. This is so we can provide this information to our shipping provider. You will receive a full refund or a replacement item (subject to having it in stock) should your product be damaged when you receive it.

Nettle Home and Garden will not collect unwanted goods and will not pay to have them returned.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include the cost to us for the parcel delivery services we utilise and sometimes the packaging costs. As we are a small family business we do need to charge for shipping unfortunately but we attempt to keep the costs as low as possible at all times and will not make a profit out of the shipping cost.

  • Up to 1 Kg - £2.95

  • 1 to 2 Kg - £3.95

  • 2 to 5 Kg - £5.99

  • 5 to 10 Kg - £6.99

  • Over 10 Kg - £9.50

  • Greeting cards purchased without any other products - 80p plus 20p per additional card

  • On occasion and depending on the product ordered, we may be able to ship for lower than these published costs, in such circumstances we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

  • Orders over £50 - please enter the discount code NETTLE50 to receive free shipping for orders totalling greater than £50.
